@diogoamaral Where did you find the source image for this cutout? He looks younger than in photos from his recent twitter posts (and with a different hairstyle) so I suspect it's a few years old.
edit: it's from summer 2019 so it won't be an improvement over a more recent cutout.
Current image is very recent and of a good quality already, so there's no need for this to be done again.
@Diogo Mata, I'm afraid these all have a fair bit of snow and therefore won't be improvements to the current cuts, which might be a year old but which still look essentially the seem. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element, including on how to spot and easily fix snow.
If you want to give these images another go yourself, I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.
Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.
If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.
@DerDon1991, before starting work on a cut, it's worth checking if an image for the person has been posted on the timeline already.
Moreover, keep in mind that every cut must include a collar, while the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, like the one from which this image was cut, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
