@EfekanP, please cut much closer to the head, leaving no more than 2-3 pixels of empty space above the head, and the same distance beneath the chin, nudging the collar up if needed.

We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
