@sitapeadawn, these aren't bad cuts at all, but they don't follow the guidelines for cuts. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element. We aim to have images cropped no more than 2-3 pixels above the head and beneath the chin. If the collar is lower than that, it should be nudged upwards and cropped at that point.
Can you provide us with the original source images without the background removed so that we can cut them accordingly?
