This is the source from which the present 5.10 cut (i.e. at least 4 years old) was produced.
My first source doesn't have great hair detail either, but is better than the request and was taken late last month.
My second source is not the easiest the cut, granted, but it's got plenty of hair details and again was taken late last month.
Definitely, neither are the "same as current just different shirt"; they're around 4 years older than the MP cut. That possibly warrants a new version, though not necessarily or automatically.

First one you've posted is 3.11 version,if you want to be completaly correct.Don't get me wrong but what exactly needs to be improved on current one?! Nothing,they just want him in Milan shirt.Current one is perfectly fine,and only thing we really need to wait is new Milan photoshoot,and some real change in his look.Everything else is just waisting of time with various sources without any real difference.
