Remember that all cutouts should include part of the collar. You can follow this guide to easily move the collar up in cases where the neck is too long to include it. You could probably also crop the cutout a couple of pixels closer to the chin
This is what I mean:
I recut it from the original source as there was some snow/fuzzy hair edges, and rotated it slightly as well @mons
