@Ttggfr, good work, but there's really no need to leave such a large gap above the head or below the chin. Ideally, it's 2-3 pixels in each case so that the focus of the cut is the face. In a source like this where the guy is slanting to one side, it also looks much better in-game if you rotated him to be as upright as possible
