Hiya there. Good first attempt. However, since you're still starting out, can I suggest posting your cuts in the guide to cutting thread for feedback for now instead of as completed cuts?

First of all, a cut needs to be either in 250x250 (if it's of a high enough resolution, as in this case) or in 180x180. Secondly, as Pipoquinhas points out, there's a bit of snow under a part of the hair. remove.bg is very good, but the end result usually still needs a little bit of further cleaning and tweaking to be as good as the megapack standard

Finally, hammer9 is more involved in kitmaking so tagging him here won't help you
