Wrong ID for this person, his ID should be 23040834

The current ID 23063526 is for a staff called Lee Wing Bor in Hong Kong

this duplication would also indicate that there is a bug in the site ( The facecut is being misplaced, and when I go to the cutout page wanting to upload the cutout for the staff, it would link me to the player instead) 

Actually, if you look at the game data page of the latter person, it seems that UID was used for the person in the first link in FM15 and FM14 until the official researcher changed his information completely for whatever reason.

So at the time the cut was produced, it represented the correct person but the UID got changed to another person in the interim and this was not reflected in the megapack.

tl;dr: I'll make sure the right cut-out is displayed for the right person in 13.06 and the wrong cut-out removed in the config file for the other one :)
