It seems that, the day after you cut this, Gamatroy marked himself as working on the source for some reason, evidently by mistake since he then removed this status a few seconds later. This meant that the image returned to the default status for uploads, which is ‘pending’. Since this happened a fair while after it was approved, we did not spot it in order to change it back to pending. I'm staggered you managed to find it tbh.
The cut has been saved at my end and will be included in 13.06 😉
