Hi @Side Splitting Pass.
Any reason why this was rejected? I'm trying to learn, that was my first attempt at cutting the image etc. I've noticed a few of the Glentoran players images are old and outdated in the megapacks so just wanted to try to contribute. Any feedback is appreciated. Cheers.
This thread contains the guidelines for cutters, so do keep all that in mind when making a cut.
I recommend using remove.bg and following the process in the below tutorials to do the first bit of the cut.

Here's another video for sources where the person is tilted to one side, which need rotating so that the final cut is as upright as possible; it looks much better in-game. I appreciate that's not the case for this source, but it may be that future sources require you to use this:

Finally, every cut must contain a collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Watch this video to see how you can nudge the collar upwards and ensure both above requirements are maintained:

With all the above in mind, the source in question should have been cropped much closer to the chin and to the top of the head, and the collar possibly nudged a few pixels upwards.

The lighting and the blue snow on the ones I've rejected meant they would have taken a little while longer to cut, and would probably only have produced alternates rather than improvements @nehix. Classic cases of why newer is not necessarily better.
