The left ear of the source is cut off. Could it possibly recover?

Harsh lighting but maybe a better source, as like mons said the ear in your source would be hard to fix

I have asked others to correct the ears of the picture. I upload the original photo because my work may not be perfect

I'm actually going to cut the source weeniehutjr provided as well, and will see which is the better. I suspect the lighting will mean yours edges ahead of mine, but I guess we'll see
