While each cut should have a collar, ideally the distance between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the cut should only be 2-3 pixels and no more. For future reference, if possible apply the methods in the straight-forward tutorials linked to in the collar spoiler in this post on how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar
