Do these get added to the main pack also?

Once they're cut, they do, which is why we release update packs regularly to add the images cut here

Why was this rejected?

Every weekend, I collect a batch of "old" pending images into one mixpack, so that people's request quota can get reset after a while.

Is this ever going to be worked? i don't quite understand why it wasn't worked

We have more requests than our cutters can handle. Requests are not tackled in any order, but by cutters' personal preferences.

Therefore, in order to (a) maybe facilitate mass cutting of uncut requests and (b) allow requesters to make new requests in excess of the limit of 3, uncut requests are periodically collected in mixpacks. This means that these particular requests are still available for cutting, but are being archived due to lack of interest by cutters.
