I'm not sure that's an improvement @Andrew2012 since the cut is a bit blurry and not the best quality. That said, there's been enough change in his look to warrant a new cut tbh

Post the link where you got that image in here, as well as the guy's name and UID, and the community may be able to find a larger or better version of the same source or a different one for him.
Using the tips in this thread may also help you find a better source image yourself too 😉
