@Guerrinha!, it's not a bad cut from a technical standpoint, but the source is of good enough quality to provide a better cut. When the face is tilted to one side, it looks much better in-game if the image is rotated to be as upright as possible before being cropped. And speaking of cropping, there should be no more than 2-3 pixels of empty space above the head and 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and/or facial hair. The focus of the cut-out should be the face, so it should take as much of the canvas as possible 👍
