I know all this, I have made faces for 10-15 years.
But this guy those it not exist good pictures of. And, it looks better this way than tilted.

Why didn't you share them with us before then? 🙂
I appreciate most of these don't have a large amount of high-quality sources around from which to cut, which is why it's even more important to follow the guidelines, which are intended to produce the best possible cut-outs available and to have a consistent look for all megapack cuts whenever possible…

Good work @Cato Ingebrigtsen.
A few things to keep in mind for future cuts:
a) Try and rotate your source before cropping it. If the source is tilted to one side, it'll look much better in-game if it is fully upright.
b) Try and make sure your cuts are in the centre of the canvas, with an equal distance from each side. Again they look much better in-game like this
c) Though all cuts are to include a collar, the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it. Since in some sources, like probably some of the ones you've uploaded, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
