Hi there. There's absolutely nothing wrong at all with the cut itself. But we're looking for images 180x180 pixels in size, focusing on just the face. This in order to have as standard a look in the megapack as possible. Also, the source provided is much better and the face is clearer than your cut, which had half the face to the side and is therefore not ideal. Really looking forward to more work from you along these lines

I appreciate it may be a little bit tougher to cut, but you would get the whole face and looking straight-ahead whereas the source you produced your cut from had the face in profile. The ideal cutout should have the whole face displayed
So what was wrong with the second one then? It was using the pic that was already on here and matches what you said...
