Not bad @lakelazuli, but given the source images, I think both can have better cuts.
When a source image is tilted to one side (as in this case and the other cut I just rejected), then it should be rotated so that it looks more upright before it is cropped, because the cut looks much better in-game in this way. Watch this video to see how it can be done:
