@mons & @Swedie : This was the best I could do with this source. Any thoughts on how I can do it better as the random hairs are a bit tricky?
Also, he is 50 (not 39). I tried to submit a data edit update for him but it doesn't appear possible to update on soritoutsi (or is there something I'm missing?)

Yes you can. I suspect you'll need his exact date of birth though.
Also, if you do, may I suggest that you post it in the official data issues forum here so that the issue is solved in the upcoming winter transfer data update
Re your cut, it's not perfect, but considering the dark background and tough hair, I still think it's quite decent
