@Kong Kub, just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look, there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. 

Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of cutters and hundreds of thousands of images in the megapack, so we can't update them every few months or so.

In this case, the current megapack image may be a year old but it is basically identical and of a very good quality, while the image uploaded isn't the biggest, so cutting it doesn't really make a lot of sense in this context 👍
