It's not a bad cutout per se, but you should crop the image closer to the chin like the current Megapack cutout. If you need to move the collar upwards for that, this video shows how to do it:

@Skeila You can get 1365x2048 versions from gettyimages if you take them from the actual site, but I think this one is very similar to the current cut anyways
