@ElKennyWilly, I'm re-opening this because (a) it's 372x485 in dimensions and (b) it's not been rotated before being cropped

The main reason I re-opened it was because you'd uploaded the below cut-out @ElKennyWilly, which was good enough but you'd clearly forgotten to resize it.

Not sure why you felt 180x180 was necessary though, this is large enough for 250x250. And please remember to rotate sources before cropping, I can't stress this enough. The guide posted by weeniehutjr earlier on how to detect that this is needed is very helpful but in cases like this one it's immediately clear that the face is slanting.

I've also re-coloured it a bit to get what I hope is a more natural skin hue...
