Same as the other two, although this one is a bit more marginal. I'm sure a higher-quality version of this source could be found, in which case I'd cut it myself as the guy could do with a better cut.

@mons I simply searched for bigger version of the original source by google and it led me to the image I posted. Pics for other players from Shakhtar can be found here https://www.gettyimages.com/photos/fc-shakhtar-donetsk-photo-call?family=editorial&phrase=FC%20Shakhtar%20Donetsk%20Photo%20call&sort=newest#license If @FrenzyXL collect them he has to remember that at the end of the url should be ?s=2048x2048 to get biggerst version available.

Perhaps you could post in the comments to the initial teampack request
But please don't request sources which aren't improvements though. You'll probably only have a handful of them, as most of the Shakhtar team was cut quite recently from good sources

Have a look at this thread for hints and tips on how to cut-out images. If you crop the source, then use remove.bg to cut it and photopea.com to play around with it, it's something you can do quite quickly, at a very decent level and all for free

You'll probably need Photoshop for that, actually. If you upload them as requests, along with the original source image, I'm sure they'll be done quite quickly

I don't use any filters, I just brighten them and maybe remove saturation, but it really depends on the sources. For example, in those 2 sources, I think I would also decrease the blue saturation to remove the blue glare in the hair.

Very good indeed. No snow, good face orientation and a better source.
The only thing I'd keep in mind for the future is to leave a little less space beneath the chin when cutting. 2-3 pixels should be enough - look at your avatar and other completed cuts to see what I mean.
But it's otherwise great and I've saved it for inclusion in 12.09
