@Tombull360, please be a bit more selective about which images to request. These aren't close to being large enough. The image itself is small, and the face within it is probably only around 120-150 pixels high, so it'll need to be enlarged almost twice to fit the 250x250 canvas, thus losing a lot of sharpness. So it's hardly worth ti.
@NiceLad, please save yourself the time and choose only those images which are genuine improvements. This one, for example, most definitely won't be.

So open the image in a new tab so you get this

then just delete everything after .png and reload the image to get this
