@justt and @Daniel Slavin, please try and cut or request images which are of the sufficient quality and which are reasonably recent. Take the time to find the best and most recent images, which really shouldn't be so hard to do for such a relatively-high profile player.
The cut-out produced is taken from a 2017 article, so it isn't remotely recent and it's not even looking at the camera, while the source image requested is much too small to produce an improvement.
