@RidaneGomes, it's frustrating for Baja (and for all other staff and cutters) to see requesters posting sources as poor as this when better ones are easily available online. Especially when this is your third request in a row where you have committed the same easily-avoidable mistake and in each case you were given an explanation as to why it was being rejected. This in addition to the simple and clear guidelines for when making a request.
The onus should be on the requester to provide the best possible source, and not on us to look for it on your behalf. Mistakes happen, but you don't have to be particularly knowledgeable about this forum to understand that a source as small as this is not really good enough to be cut.
There's an element in Baja not speaking English as his first language and he is probably a bit more blunt than I would prefer, but I think it's fair to say that his point has gotten through now (or so I hope)

In addition to what @mons had said,I don't have any personal issue with anyone here.I understand that someone could make a mistake ones or twice...but if you could spend just few minutes on forum,and see other requests and also read the comments and rules you can figure it out all about good-bad requests.If someone,or in this case,if you doing that constantly then we have a "problem".
