@Beejee, the current cut is quite similar in look and your cut isn't in the correct dimensions. I've re-opened the source so that it may be recut.
Have a look at this thread for the guidelines and rules we have for cut-outs, including several video tutorials showing how each technique can be achieved.
We recommend using the free online tool remove.bg to remove the background of your cut and Photoshop (or its free online equivalent photopea.com) to edit the ensuing draft cut.
