@Mahesh S, replacing a recent 250x250 cut with a 180x180 cut from February 2018 or a cut from October 2020 makes no sense on any level whatsoever, and can only be explained as someone trying to be disruptive.
If this is what you intend to bring to this forum, you won't last long here. We have guidelines and tutorials, make absolutely sure to follow them. If unsure, ask.
That's the best quality image available for Curtis Main. And it's exactly similar to current image of him. That's the reason I picked it. And the current player images of Indian Football is very poor in sortitoutsi. And I want to update it to best quality (studio quality). But if you keep on rejecting it what can I do! How can I help? It's waste of my hardwork right? I hope you can get it!

I've already explained the reasoning as to why it was rejected. I've also pointed out to you that we have guidelines on what we want from our cuts. It's up to you to understand and follow them. If you want to request images, make sure to do so, otherwise they'll keep getting rejected. I'm sorry, but I don't have the time to do that. Ask any questions you may have in the thread and the community will surely give you the feedback you wish. I suggest that you upload a cut or two in there at first (also including the source images) and wait for feedback before doing any more. This will make sure that you can incorporate the feedback in your future cuts 👍
Not bad @caraesque1911, but try and crop images a bit closer to the chin in the future, leaving no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it.
