Hi @nagyko, welcome to our forum. I'm afraid your cuts still contain a fair bit of snow, and so I'm resetting them all again. Ideally, when you finish your cut, there is no snow and here is a good YouTube video demonstrating the very easy technique to identify and remove it 
Do have another go, you're not far off from producing very good cuts indeed 
Also, please avoid cutting the shoulders off like you did in the cut as it's not a very realistic look, if you know what I mean. Finally, and this is more for this cut, ideally you only have 2-3 pixels above the head and below the chin if possible so that the maximum possible focus is on the face
