Not bad @ffernandoG, but the cut has got a bit of snow in the hair, which is the case in practically all of your cuts, I'm afraid.
Here's a method of how you can spot it and resolve it:
I would probably also suggest you crop the bottom of the cut a little closer to the bottom of the chin, like in the preview image for the above video, for instance.
However, the sources chosen have all been pre-cut with little hair detail maintained, and so I don't think this particular source and a few of the others are worth getting, especially since the current cut is quite recent, of very good quality and quite similar too.
We don't look for what is necessarily the most recent image, but the one with the most quality. When choosing a source image to cut, do keep this in mind and consider whether the current cut needs replacing.
