Good work @Antoine MARIE, but here are some things to keep in mind for the future:
a) When a source is small, the final cut may be grainy (like this one) if it needs to be upsized to 250x250, which may mean it is not necessarily an improvement when compared to the existing cut. A newer source does not automatically mean that its cut will be an improvement; you have to take source quality, size, orientation, lighting etc. into consideration as well as the current cut and its date and quality. Before cutting a source, therefore, it's a good idea to make an assessment as to whether it's actually an improvement, because if it's not, then it won't be added into the megapack.
b) There's a bit of snow in this cut, in the beard for instance. This video will show you how to easily spot and clean it:
