I meant same reasons for reopening the request as the other cut I rejected. Both sources will certainly result in an improvement

I'm afraid there's still quite some green in the hair, plus lots of snow around the head, especially on the sides...

Bits in white contain the few green left over.
Bits in red denote the snow in the background and the odd loose pixel here and there.
Also, do try and include a small bit of collar
