@mons attempted to fix the existing cut but seems like if I forcefully made it to 250 it would get way to blurry, so I made it into 180.
I'll see if I can give it a go myself too 👍
@mons a very good attempt I would say but check the (your right, the player's left) neck of the cut on a black background and you would realize something needs to be done

Also you may also check if parts of both ears were wrongly removed (or seemed so due to the poor lighting and contrast of the source)
@Ttggfr, I've given it a tweak 👍 I can't see much wrong with the ears, though, they look quite similar to the source image.

This actually was not that hard to spot for me lmao, though it seemed like I am just picky.
I think you might have used the previously bad cut as your source so it would be hard to notice. (The original bad cut also got the same issue on the problematic ear parts)
You may first want to adjust the contrast of the original source and cut it. From my cut, it does not seem like parts of the ear were removed, but from yours I have indicated the problematic areas.
While the right ear part does not seem like that noticeable, the left ear seemed more obvious, as you can clearly see that when you put it on a black background.
Try comparing my 180 and your 250 cut and you will see what I mean. (For the ear part)

You're right in that I just tried to clean the current megapack cut rather than cutting it from scratch. I can now see an extra bit in the earlobe to our left, but I cannot see anything at all wrong in the circle on the ear to your right.
I've cut it from the original source anyway to be safe…

It was reduced to a thin transparent layer for the right side.
But that was fixed in your latest cut so no worries.
Enlarged the original source and recut
