With a bit of the face in shadow, and some kind of grainy effect all over the face, it's not worth cutting this image as it won't provide an improvement on the current cut. Please @Brockie19, do take the time to consider whether the images you find are significantly better or more recent or very different than the current cut - images like this aren't worth spending the time to cut…

The fact it's not looking at the camera means it's unlikely to be much better than the existing recent cut, which is of a decent quality already anyway.
