@Eugene Lee, before doing any more cuts, have a look at this thread for some guidelines on what we look for in our cuts. Cut-outs are to be in 180x180 for sources of a small size and in 250x250 otherwise. The space above the top of the head and beneath the bottom of the chin or facial hair shouldn't be as large, we recommend only 2-3 pixels. Finally, snow is to be avoided.
