@Leonel Legal, please read this thread for tips and hints on how to provide the best possible image for your requests. This image took me 5 seconds to find as it was available in the first few rows of the Google Images search page for this player. It's bigger and doesn't have a bit of his head chopped off, so it's obviously better.
We don't have the time to search after you all the time, so from now on any images which aren't worth cutting will just be rejected without giving any information. The reason will usually be, in most cases, that the image isn't worth cutting as it's too small. There's only so much we can repeat the same thing if you're not going to pay us any attention.
