@Muhammad Aemir, the current cut is quite recent, of quite good quality and doesn't have half the face shrouded in shadow, and is therefore preferable to your upload.
Also, for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just 6 when done individually.
Good cut @pjoyhasha, but in sources like this where the person is tilted to one side, the final cut looks better if it is rotated so that the head is fully upright. I'll cut it later so you can see what I mean, but here's a video to show you till then:
