@Jrpmaestro, any more cuts you upload from now on which are cropped so far from the chin will be rejected. I've explained this several times already now, including via private message. If you want to ignore our guidelines, I don't see why I have to spend the time to fix them for you 👎

What exactly do you mean? Can I have a screenshot of the screen you are referring to? Whichever image editing software you're using should allow you to resize your images into whatever dimensions you want 😕

Yes my problem is in Photopea. When edit the collar i cant resize the image to 250x250 or 180x180.

What happens when you try to resize it? Is there an error message, does the image resizing change the proportions of the image, or something else?

I'm sorry, but what you're saying doesn't make much sense. Can you explain a bit further where the issue is, maybe with screenshots?
In the meantime, watch the whole of the below video for specific guidance on using photopea in conjunction with remove.bg. Minute 4 of the video onwards describe how to open an image which has had the background removed already from using remove.bg and how to crop this image in the correct manner; it may help you in doing the same for your cuts.
Until you understand this aspect, and how it is to be done, please do not upload any cuts, or at least any which are not cropped as close to the chin as we require. If you have any doubts or questions, please ask, we're more than happy to help 👍
