@Jrpmaestro, when you need to resize an image after cropping, make sure you constrain proportions because the
face otherwise becomes too stretched or too squeezed.
If you compare the cut I uploaded with yours, you can see the more recent one has been squeezed too much to the extent that it's not realistic.

It's best to recut your images. Please, don't upload any more packs for now until you've refined your technique. Post the source image and the eventual cut in here and wait for feedback so that any future cuts won't have the same issue repeated over and over again.
