FM24 Nation and League Expansions - Add playable leagues to Football Manager 2024

Here's a complete list of all the league expansions that are available on sortitoutsi for Football Manager 2024. These files let you make more leagues playable in FM24 by adding lower divisions to existing nations, adding entire countries that weren't playable before or creating fictional worlds based on imagined scenarios.

New Playable Leagues and Nations

Bosnia & Herzegovina (D2) [FM24.3.0] - Adds Bosnia down to 2nd tier

Bosnia 2. Liga FBIH - Adds Bosnia down to 2nd tier

Chile FM24 v1.0 - Adds Chilean lower leagues

Denmark Lower League (incl. cup) - Adds Denmark down to 10th tier as realistic as possible

Dominican Republic - Adds Dominican Republic down to 3rd tier

England Level 13 - Adds England down to 13th tier

France National 2 playable - Adds French 4th tier

Realistic Competition Format Changes

Euro 2028 hosted in England and Ireland - Sets correct EURO hosts for 2028 (UK/Ireland)

FM24 World Cup hosts 2030 and 2034 - Sets correct WC hosts for 2030 (Portugal/Spain/Morocco) and 2034 (Saudi Arabia)

TMC Finalissima reactivated - Re-activates Finalissima between EURO and Copa América winners. Set to March 2026 like IRL plan, every 4 years from there.

FIFA Intercontinental Cup - This revives the Intercontinental Cup for the planned December 2024 tournament and onwards with the 6 confederation champions.

Intercontinental Cup U-20 - Final between winner of libertadores sub20 and euro youth cup winner

England - Hard Brexit Rules - Fictional database where foreigners aren't allowed in English leagues

England - No foreigner limits

England - 11 Player Bench & NO Work Permits

France - No Non EU Slots -  Removes Non-EU slots on 1st and 2nd French Division.

North America - No Liga MX VS MLS GAMES - removes competitions between Mexican and American teams

Oceania Leagues + OFC Champions League - Oceania Leagues format changes to qualify for OFC Champions League with old school format

South America - 2024 Copa Libertadores expansion - Adds CONCACAF teams to Copa Libertadores

Turkey Leagues Expansion - Add Turkish lower leagues and cups

Turkish No Foreign Limit - Changes rules to a fictional no foreign limit in Turkish league

Turkey - Increased Finances - Removes debt and increases budget from Turkish Superleague clubs

Turkish Super League Foreign Limit Update - Changes squad selection rules of Turkish leagues

Worldwide No Work Permits (ALMOST) - Removes need for work permit in all nations except Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro

200 New Leagues (Unrealistic)

The Leagues Megapack 2024 by qwert2 and arabFM.net is one of the biggest megapacks available however the rules and structure of the leagues does not accurately reflect real life. It can still be fun to play in a new exotic place though.
