Not bad as a start @Varp, but there's a little more work before it can be added into the megapack.
Have a look at this thread for more guidelines and video tutorials on what we expect for from our cuts before doing any more 👍
a) Try and rotate your source before cropping it. If the source is tilted to one side, it'll look much better in-game if it is fully upright.
b) Try and make sure your cuts are in the centre of the canvas, with an equal distance from each side. Again they look much better in-game like this
c) Though all cuts are to include a collar, the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it. Since in some sources, like probably some of the ones you've uploaded, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
d) We accept both 180x180 cuts and those in 250x250, although the latter are preferred. But if the source image is small and/or of a low quality, there's nothing wrong with uploading the cut in 180x180. Uploading a cut from a poor source in 250x250 will just see it downscaled to 180x180 before it's added in to the megapack, so it's best avoided 👍
e) Care should be taken to avoid snow on cuts as much as possible as it's quite evident in-game on a dark skin. Here's a short tutorial on how to easily spot and remove snow:
