@muserock2a good job! There's still some with a little bit of snow in the hair/beard tho. This one has a little bit of outline around the hair, it would look better if that was cleaned up a little. Apart from that good cuts 🙂

I passed them through remove.bg but unfortunately it does'nt remove everything, do you have any tips to improve them ?
Also, i have a lot of packs incoming with an huge one for Algeria but some pictures are bad quality !

If you're cutting peope from obscure nations it's understandable that they're not of the best quality, so that's no problem.
Mons has a video about removing snow, I don't know if you've seen that one already?
Personally I use photopea and have an actions file that just creates an extra layer with a black background, so I can easily spot the snow. It looks like this then:
And then you just use the clonestamp to clean up the outlining, it's not very complicated 🙂
