While he has changed his look, there are some artifacts around the cut (particularly beneath the ear to our left) and the cut is somewhat blurry. I'm sure a superior source for such a prominent player can be found.
Nonetheless, both cuts have very jagged edges and aren't quite what we're looking for to add into the megapack.
This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.
Can you provide us with the original source image without the background removed so that we can cut it accordingly?
If you want to give it another go yourself, I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.
Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.
If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.

@mureliauw, we can't just change cuts every time Griezmann or Neymar change their hairstyles. Or if we do, at least he'd have to be looking at the camera and the image would need to be of a very good quality.
I gave you photos to demonstrate clearly how that is not the case. Baffles me why you would try to argue otherwise 😕
I didnt look at these pictures. It doesnt look like that anymore but it did. Man i know youre the cut out sheriff but i just wanted to give people, who want a pic of him with his pink hair, a chance to use this. Ingame it looks absolutely fine. And its for privat use, either you can put aside that its not a real picture or not. We good?

I haven't heard any clamour about people wanting him with his pink hair. If they do, they can use your cut. But if you upload it here, it's with the intention of it being added to the megapack, which it isn't going to be. We good?
@Lek Min-Ho, the above post applies to you, word-for-word…
Excellent cut otherwise.
