I'm not sure what you mean, but there is an action file available for download here, which contains various common actions I find useful in having easily accessible.
You can also brighten them manually by going to Image > Adjustments and selecting brightness/contract, then tweaking it to your heart's content.
I also just noticed that in one of your cuts, the image was cropped a bit too far from the chin. It's otherwise a great cut, but we prefer to be no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin once it's cropped.
As you are evidently aware, we also want all our cuts to have a collar. In cases where the collar is lower down or the neck is overly long, here's a method on how to nudge the collars upwards to include them in your cropped version 😉
