The current megapack cut was taken around the same time (and possibly slightly later than the requested source) and is of a much higher quality. Any cut produced from the requested source won't be an improvement imo.
In these times, it may be worth trying to learn how to cut-out source images to see (a) how relatively easy it is and (b) why sources like this are probably not worth the time
Use your time productively and make sure that cutters do so too by only providing genuine improvement requests
