@Cristóbal Salazar Franchini, when you're uploading a lot of cuts at one go, please do so as a pack instead of individually. If they're saved on your PC as the person's UID, the forum will then associate them to the right person automatically, and it'll save you the time of uploading every single one of them individually. It would also save me the time of having to download them all individually too. It's a win-win situation 👍

I had a doubt about uploading packs, because I have a lot of faces to upload and I was wondering if I could upload big packs of almost 500 faces.
For example, I have been working for a while on a facepack of Chile as complete as possible and updated (I think I have about 2500 faces), and I wanted to share my work because it is quite outdated here and I would love to contribute to this beautiful community that is Football Manager.
I will try to apply the advice you gave me to see if I can continue contributing faces in South America, especially those that are not usually updated much like in Bolivia or Venezuela, etc.
Regarding the collars, I don't quite understand the idea, is it necessary to do it this way?

Packs have a limit of 50 images. But if you have such a large group of images, maybe it's better if you put them on mediafire or mega or somewhere like that and send them to me via private message to save yourself some time.
It's true that South American countries have a lot of gaps which could be filled and we would welcome anybody like you from that region who can add to the megapack and improve on the current images. But at the same time it's important that cutters aim to provide the best possible quality of cuts, so do keep that in mind. What technique are you using for your cuts? remove.bg and Photoshop/photopea.com provide the best possible cuts - have a look at my cut for this player, which took me two minutes with those tools, and see the difference in hair details 😉
We aim for all cuts to have a collar, because it has been a megapack requirement for a number of years and so that the megapack has a standard look as much as possible, so please make it a habit to use that technique 🙂

I can send you the link to my beta if you want, it has a couple of faces that are from the page because they are really updated and others that are of a low quality, both because I was just starting and others that the photos were of poor quality.
I make the cuts in Photoshop simply with the eraser tool, I like it because I have a little more control to do it especially because in South America the quality of the presentation photos of the players are not the best, they don't have a smooth background to erase (they usually have a very bad design linked to the club), which complicates the editing, as well as many times they don't have and I have taken photos of other game context, interviews, even from social networks of the players haha, but I don't know if there is a way to erase in Photoshop and make it a little smoother as you had told me about the cuts.
Honestly, I hadn't noticed about the necks now where you said it I started to notice it, I will try to incorporate it from now on because most of them I think I did before I didn't incorporate that much, I cared more about the face being well placed in the frame.
