@bd996, not a bad source image, but the amount of space taken up by the face is less than 250 pixels high. That means that when it is being converted into a cut-out, it'll need to be upscaled to fit the 250x250 canvas, which means it'll lose a bit of sharpness and quality, and it will therefore not be an improvement on the current cut-out.
