@StuartNG, we've told you this several times already. For sources like this, collars are to be nudged upwards so that they are no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Please keep this in mind whenever you upload an image. If you're not sure how to accomplish it, just give us the source and save yourself the time of cutting it and us of having to reject it.
