Another great cut @Ni9ht, but, in addition to adding a collar, this image is tilted to one side.
In sources where the head is tilted to one side like this one, the final cut looks much better in-game if you rotate the source before cropping it so that the head is perfectly upright, as demonstrated in this video 😉
