@Gordonnn, apart from the fact that the dimensions aren't correct, in sources where the head is tilted to one side like this one, the final cut looks much better in-game if you rotate the source before cropping it so that the head is perfectly upright, as demonstrated in this video 😉
Also, in cases like this where the original source isn't the largest, it's best to have the final cut in 180x180 instead of a blurry and lower-quality 250x250.
